Hiring: Corporate Development Associate Company: H1 Location: New York, United States Job Posted Time: 2026-09-16 11:43:38 Target Skills & Keywords : Microsoft Excel About the job Experience: •2+ years' experience in investment banking, management consulting, private equity, or corporate development Required Skills: •This role will own the financial related activities of the Corp Dev function including financial strategy, target screening, valuation modeling, financial due diligence, synergies analysis, pro-forma financial modeling and integrations planning. •Work daily with senior leaders and business partners to quarterback key stages of the M&A Corp Dev process. •Reporting to the SVP Finance, you will build out the M&A playbook and execute critical phases.
