Qualifications: •Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school in the United States. •Minimum 10+ years of legal experience, including drafting and negotiating construction contracts. •Preferred Experience includes having represented or worked with general contractors or construction management firms. •Willingness to travel to the company’s office locations and project sites (up to 30%). •Requires membership in the State Bar as an attorney qualified to practice law in one or more states in which we operate, or the ability to obtain membership as an in-house counsel in such states. •Strong knowledge of construction law, industry standards, and applicable federal, state, and local laws. •Understanding of the interplay between owners, contractors, subcontractors, and design professionals. •Demonstrated capacity to manage a large, fast-paced, and dynamic workload with minimal supervision. •Strong client-service mentality with proven ability to create and maintain effective working relationships with both internal and external clients. •Demonstrated capacity to work and communicate effectively with all levels of the Company.
