Qualifications: •Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple suppliers, agreements, projects, and competing priorities. •Demonstrated capacity to work independently while collaborating closely with Corporate Commodity Management and Supply Chain teams. •Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively across organizational levels and with external suppliers. •Demonstrated ability to negotiate and manage supplier agreements, pricing, quality, delivery, and commercial terms. •Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate cost, market trends, supplier performance, and sourcing data to support procurement decisions. •Knowledge of engineering, production and process techniques such as lean and continuous Improvement. •Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel, Power BI, Power Point, MS word and Systems Database/Query Capability. •Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience, in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or other related degree. •Aerospace or Electronic Component manufacturing experience desired. •Previous experience in high-mix and low volume manufacturing business.
