This is a hybrid role. •Track new Microsoft 365 Copilot capabilities and map them to practical business use cases in consideration of enterprise needs. •Support and expand the Copilot champion program across departments, including engagement schedule, content development, and feedback collection. •Lead Center of Excellence activities, including enablement sessions, office hours, and structured use case sharing. •Interface directly with partners to identify opportunities to improve productivity and collaboration through use of Copilot. •Support development of adoption metrics, governance approaches, communications, and reporting tied to usage and value realization. •Contribute to standardized enablement materials, guides, and guidance to provide a consistent user experience across the organization. •Improve measurable growth in Copilot usage across assigned departments.
