Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree and three (3) years of experience appropriate to the area of assignment/field; OR, Any equivalent combination of experience and/or training from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved. •Evidence of an advanced degree, preferably in Higher and Post-secondary Education, College Student Personnel, Public Administration or a related field •Demonstrated knowledge of student organization and student government advising strategies •Demonstrated experience in advising college/university student organizations. •Track record of creating and executing diverse student programming within a higher education or similar context, including workshops, presentations, and events. •Proven ability to train students for leadership roles and cultivate strong relationships with both student and professional staff. •Expertise in effectively coordinating and prioritizing tasks for oneself and others, with a comprehensive understanding of university policy interpretation. •Strong aptitude in establishing and nurturing productive working relationships. •Proficiency in budgeting and comprehension of accounting principles. •Substantial experience collaborating with a wide range of individuals.
