Qualifications: •High school diploma or GED •Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Teams, PowerPoint). •Operational familiarity with insurance portals, including Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial payers. •Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred. •Strong customer service, organizational, and time management skills. •Health plan and diagnostic center portals. •Serve as a patient advocate and ensure patient needs are met with empathy and professionalism. •High school diploma or GED required. •BLS certification required; must be able to respond appropriately in emergencies.
