Hiring: Coordinator Of Student Life Company: University of Colorado Location: Denver, CO Job Posted Time: 2026-09-16 21:08:43 Employment Type: Full-time / Hybrid Target Skills & Keywords : Bash, Project Management, Risk Management, Sentry About the job Required Skills: •Applications are accepted electronically ONLY at www.cu.edu/cu-careers * •Provide coordination, leadership, and administrative support for the Sorority and Fraternity Life (SFL) community while assisting with the development of a vibrant and responsible fraternity and sorority experience. •Work closely with the Assistant Director of Student Involvement to develop and maintain the CU Denver All Greek Council. •Actively facilitate and support creation, implementation, and ongoing management of the All Greek Council structure. •Assist with fraternity and sorority expansion efforts and chapter development. •Coordinate and implement Greek Week and other fraternity and sorority engagement initiatives. •Partner cross-functionally with the MSU Denver Fraternity and Sorority Life program to explore cross-campus programming opportunities within the Auraria Campus. •Encourage our SFL organizations to participate in civic and community engagement (volunteer) efforts. Qualifications: •Demonstrated capacity to communicate effectively, both in writing and orally. •Demonstrated capacity to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees at all levels throughout the institution. •Demonstrate an exceptional understanding of access and engagement with a commitment to developing equitable practices. •Demonstrated capacity to function in a fast-paced, student centered and developmentally focused higher education environment •Demonstrated capacity to function in a fast-paced, student-centered and developmentally focused higher education environment •Flexible and collaborative, yet able to work effectively with a high degree of independence •Demonstrated values in community engagement, inclusive practice, and student learning •Occasional work during the evening and/or weekends may be required. •This position follows a hybrid work structure where employees can work remotely or from the office, as needed, based on demands of specific tasks or personal work preferences.
