Required Skills: •Communicate in Korean and English with the Korea headquarters and overseas partner offices, carriers/airlines, customs brokers, trucking companies, and customers, conveying shipment-related information accurately. •Share operational notices such as Arrival Notices and Delivery Orders in a timely manner, and update customers and internal teams on shipment status. •Arrange bookings for ocean and air import/export shipments with carriers, airlines, and co-loaders. •Enter shipment information accurately into the freight forwarding system (e.g., CargoWise) and internal systems, and update milestones. •Track and trace shipment location and immediately report any delays or exceptions. •Prepare, review, and process shipping documents including Bills of Lading (B/L), Air Waybills (AWB), Commercial Invoices, and Packing Lists. •Support timely preparation and submission of U.S. Customs filings such as ISF (10+2), AMS, and AES. •Coordinate with customs brokers to ensure documentation required for import/export clearance is accurate and complete. Qualifications: •High school diploma or higher; associate's or bachelor's degree in logistics, international trade, business, or a related field preferred. •0–2 years of experience in freight forwarding / logistics (entry-level applicants welcome). •Korean–English bilingual required — reading, writing, and speaking proficiency sufficient to perform the job. •Basic proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word). •Excellent verbal and written communication skills and time management skills. •Demonstrated capacity to multi-task and collaborate effectively in a team environment. •Authorized to work in the United States •Bachelor's degree in logistics / supply chain management (SCM) / international trade / business. •Basic knowledge of Incoterms, HS Codes, and U.S. Customs (CBP) regulations. •Basic understanding of U.S. customs and international trade.
