Required Skills: •The mission of the Tunnel to Towers Foundation is to honor the sacrifice of firefighter Stephen Siller who laid down his life to save others on September 11, 2001. We also honor our military and first responders who continue to make the supreme sacrifice of life and limb for our country. •Set up and support desktops, laptops, printers, and tablets on Windows and Mac O/S. •Running, terminating and testing data cables. •Setup, configuring, and maintaining IP surveillance systems - to include wiring (running cables and mounting hardware), networking, and troubleshooting. •Supporting staff utilizing MS Office Suite, G-Suite, Adobe, DocuSign. •Support Video conferencing software including Zoom, WebEx, MS Team, Google Meet. •Interface directly with other IT staff to assist in the daily administration and upgrading of workstation software and hardware. •Maintain, repair and upgrade desktop workstations and laptops as directed by the IT Director. Installing system patches and updates. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in a related field or a minimum of 2 years of related experience. •Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. •Basic understanding of existing network programs and capabilities. •Excellent workstation and network troubleshooting skills. •Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. •Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. •Must possess the ability to work well within a team. •Demonstrated capacity to multitask at a high level in a fast-paced work environment and work efficiently under pressure. •Must be able to lift 20 pounds at times.
