Before a plan ever starts, our ConversionOps team has already moved every dollar, every loan, and every historical record into place, accurately and on time. •Here’s What You’ll Do Day-to-day •Own asset allocations. Independently manage participant level asset allocations during plan conversions, ensuring accurate parsing, validation, and allocation of transferred funds. •Reconcile with precision. Review trust reports and legacy provider data to reconcile asset balances prior to system upload, and validate fund mapping, participant elections, and allocation logic to support accurate account setup at go live. •Resolve discrepancies. Perform ad hoc reconciliation of cash movements and asset balances during and after conversion, and drive open items to resolution. •Establish loan records. Set up and configure participant loan records during conversion, ensuring accurate balances, repayment schedules, and payroll alignment prior to plan activation. •Protect data integrity. Ensure historical data supports downstream compliance testing and reporting requirements.
