Location: Cedar Rapids, IA Job Posted Time: 2026-09-03 10:32:20 Employment Type: On-site About the job Required Skills: •Respond on the floor to equipment/test failures; perform root cause analysis, contain issues, and restore operation quickly. •Execute minor PLC/HMI adjustments under engineering guidance; maintain configurations, backups, and change logs. •Monitor test station performance, yields, and false fail rates; surface trends and propose countermeasures. •Implement hardware/software improvements that enhance safety, throughput, test coverage, and reliability (e.g., sensor upgrades, fixture refinements, vision checks). •Develop and refine PM, calibration, and verification procedures; keep stations audit ready with clear documentation and labeling. •Partner cross-functionally with cross functional partners on line layout, error proofing, and standardized work improvements. •Day shift with flexibility during commissioning milestones.
