Required Skills: •The successful candidate will be passionate about automation, enjoy solving complex technical challenges, and thrive in a project-driven environment where no two projects are the same. •Design, develop, and implement custom automation and control system solutions. •Program, configure, test, and troubleshoot PLC, HMI, and SCADA applications. •Support all phases of the project lifecycle, including design, development, testing, commissioning, startup, and ongoing support. •Work closely with clients to understand operational objectives and deliver effective technical solutions. •Create and maintain project documentation, functional specifications, and test procedures. •Diagnose and resolve control system issues both remotely and on-site. •Partner cross-functionally with engineers, project managers, and customers to ensure successful project delivery. Qualifications: •Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline. •4+ years of experience developing and implementing industrial automation and control systems. •Strong PLC programming experience, preferably with Allen-Bradley/Rockwell Automation platforms. •Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. •Excellent verbal and written communication skills. •Proven ability to work directly with customers and stakeholders. •Demonstrated capacity to work independently and within a collaborative engineering team. •Willingness to travel as required for project support, commissioning, and startup activities.
