Required Skills: •This is a more Junior-level role with room to grow! •Develop, program, and configure PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA systems for new and retrofit projects (Allen-Bradley and Siemens preferred). •Design and review electrical schematics, control panel layouts, and wiring diagrams using CAD tools. •Specify, select, and integrate field instrumentation and sensors; develop I/O lists and loop diagrams. •Implement and troubleshoot industrial communication protocols, including Ethernet/IP, Modbus, Profinet, and Profibus. •Support factory acceptance tests (FAT), site acceptance tests (SAT), commissioning, and start-up activities; diagnose and resolve control system issues on-site. •Partner cross-functionally with mechanical, electrical, and process engineers to ensure seamless integration of automation and robotic systems in manufacturing environments.
