Required Skills: •Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve issues involving installation, maintenance, and operation of control systems and automated production processing and packaging equipment. •Interface with Operations, Technical Services, and internal or external resources on design and operational issues. •Support implementation of operational and cost efficiency initiatives in automation driven by data analysis. •Lead or support problem-solving methodologies and root cause analyses to continuously improve processes. •Support training of peers, Operators, and Maintenance staff on control methods and processes. •Ensure technical solutions comply with company security practices and audit requirements in partnership with IT. •Provide technical support to capital project teams. •Support execution of startup protocols, including Factory Acceptance Tests, Site Acceptance Tests, commissioning, qualification, and verification.
