Required Skills: •Support, troubleshoot, and improve all control systems, including PLCs, robotics, electrical circuits, and pneumatics. •Lead controls-related projects, equipment installations, and system upgrades to enhance safety, quality, and productivity. •Train and provide technical guidance to Maintenance Technicians on controls, automation systems, and troubleshooting methods. •Develop and maintain control system documentation, standards, and preventive maintenance procedures. •Analyze equipment downtime, identify root causes, and implement effective corrective actions. •Partner cross-functionally with cross-functional teams and vendors to resolve controls issues and support new equipment launches. •Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on lean manufacturing, error-proofing, and process optimization. •Ensure compliance with safety, TS16949, ISO14001, and all plant engineering standards. Qualifications: •High School Diploma or GED required; Technical Associate’s Degree preferred.
