Required Skills: •Oversee full-cycle accounting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes. Prepare comprehensive financial statements (balance sheets, income statements) for individuals, trusts, LLCs, and foundations. •Monitor liquidity, manage bank relationships, oversee cash flow forecasting, and execute wire transfers and capital calls. •Liaise with external tax advisors to provide K-1 support, manage estimated tax payments, and coordinate annual audits. •Track investment performance, including private equity co-investments, real estate, and public equities, ensuring accurate recording of capital contributions and distributions. •Implement and maintain robust internal controls, policies, and procedures to safeguard assets and ensure data integrity. •Maintain and optimize accounting systems (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or specialized family office software). •Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, Genesis).
