Required Skills: •Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes and ensure accurate financial reporting under U.S. GAAP. •Oversee general ledger accounting, reconciliations, journal entries, accruals, and financial statement preparation. •Develop and strengthen accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls as the company scales. •Own the finance side of the ERP system, improving processes, reporting, data integrity, and system functionality. •Support budgeting, forecasting, cash management, and other financial planning initiatives. •Manage external audit relationships and coordinate annual audits and financial reviews. •Oversee tax and payroll accounting activities and related compliance requirements. •Manage accounting for equity programs and employee stock plans.
