The Controller will manage day-to-day accounting operations, enforce robust internal controls, and partner with executive leadership to ensure financial clarity, accuracy, and compliance as we expand. •Manage all day-to-day accounting operations, including month-end close, GL, AP, AR, payroll, and cash management. •Oversee financial reporting, tax filings, audits, GAAP compliance, and internal control frameworks. •Partner with executive leadership to support budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and variance analysis. •Strengthen accounting systems, automation, and workflows to improve operational efficiency. •Ensure accurate, timely financial statements and provide actionable reporting to guide leadership decisions. •Manage risk, maintain compliance, and oversee financial vendor/partner requirements. •Expertise in corporate financial planning and analysis, revenue recognition under GAAP, multi-state drop-ship tax regulations, and commission/rebate audit structures.
