Required Skills: •Leads month-end close, reconciliations, financial statements, AP/AR, billing, collections, cash management, and internal controls. •Owns construction accounting including job costing, WIP reporting, project profitability, budgets, committed costs, change orders, and cost-to-complete analysis. •Works closely with Project Managers and Operations to identify cost overruns, margin issues, billing opportunities, and financial risks. •Maintains subcontractor documentation, insurance certificates, W-9s, lien waivers, and other compliance requirements. •Provides financial analysis and insight to help the CFO and Owner/President make better business decisions. •Strong construction accounting, WIP/job costing, Excel, financial reporting, payroll, and experience with Deltek ComputerEase, combined with strong leadership, organization, communication, and analytical skills.
