Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or CPA certification is preferred. •Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a similar role in the construction industry. •Strong knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, cost control principles, and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). •Proficient in financial software and MS Office Suite, particularly in MS Excel. •Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a demonstrated ability to motivate and inspire teams. •Strong analytical skills and experience in strategic planning and risk management. •Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present financial data to a non-financial audience. •High attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. •Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to business process improvement. •Knowledge of federal and state financial regulations, as well as experience with corporate governance.
