Required Skills: •Oversee daily accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and fixed assets. •Lead the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting. •Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with GAAP. •Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow analysis, and financial planning activities. •Develop and maintain internal controls, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance and mitigate risk. •Coordinate annual audits and serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors and tax advisors. •Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations to improve profitability and operational efficiency. •Partner with executive leadership to support strategic decision-making and business growth initiatives.
