Industry experience is preferred. •Qualified applicants are considered without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, status as a protected veteran or other characteristics protected by law. •EEO is the Law Supplement Required Skills: •Ensures safe, reliable, efficient oversight of production, pipeline, and water facilities in the field in accordance with company policies, operational plans, and regulatory requirements. •Responds to and manages critical alarms and abnormal operating conditions, ensuring appropriate actions are taken and documented in accordance with operating procedures. •Initiates and manages notifications, incident communications, and response documentation while serving as a central point of communication during operational incidents and emergency situations. •Applies sound judgment to prioritize operational issues in real time, balancing safety and production objectives when determining appropriate actions. •Interacts with other pipeline companies, regional management, and marketing personnel to communicate operating conditions and achieve targeted gas volume deliveries. •Participates in training, field visits, and knowledge-sharing activities to develop operational understanding of company assets, systems, and procedures while building effective working relationships. •Collaborates with SCADA, IT, and automation/measurement technicians to resolve data, connectivity, and measurement issues. •Assists with reviewing alarm notifications and reports, validating alarm functionality following changes, and collaborating with operations personnel, vendors, and engineers to address underperforming wells and compression assets. Qualifications: •High School diploma required. Associates/Bachelor’s degree in related field a plus but not required.
