Qualifications: •A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, with a strong preference for Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering. •Seven to ten or more years of experience in engineering, with a proven track record of progressing into and successfully holding a management role. •Strong technical competence in electrical engineering, specifically in power distribution or instrumentation and controls, along with foundational knowledge of software components like PLC programming. •A demonstrated ability to build relationships, lead cross-functional teams, and drive organizational synergy. •A strong mindset geared toward continual improvement and process evaluation. •A working knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies is highly preferred.
