Required Skills: •The Contracts & Compliance Coordinator supports the company’s contract, customer onboarding, prequalification, vendor/subcontractor, and compliance processes. •This role makes sure contracts and required documents are complete, accurate, tracked, and moving through the process on time. The position works closely with Sales, Operations, Estimating, Project Management, Safety, Risk, HR, Procurement, Legal, Finance, and outside business partners. •The expectation is more than processing paperwork. This person owns the workflow, follows up on open items, identifies gaps, and escalates issues when something is holding up a contract, bid, customer, vendor, or project. •Contracts Administration & Lifecycle Support | 35% •Coordinate contracts from intake through review, approval, execution, and filing. •Assist Sales and Operations with contract routing and approvals. •Make sure required exhibits, scopes of work, insurance requirements, schedules, and supporting documents are complete. •Maintain contract records in the contract management system. Qualifications: •Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business administration, Construction Management, Supply Chain Management, Risk Management, or a related field preferred. Relevant experience can substitute for formal education. •3–5 years of relevant experience in contract administration, construction or industrial project administration, customer onboarding, prequalification, procurement, vendor/subcontractor management, compliance, or risk management.
