Required Skills: •This position is either hybrid out of our Denver, CO office or a fully remote position from within the Continental United States. •If the candidate selected lives within a 20-mile radius of our downtown Denver office, they will be classified as a hybrid employee, and beginning September 8, 2026, working one day per week in the office is expected. •Beginning February 1, 2027, two days per week in the office will be expected. •A 20-mile radius of the Denver office, they will be classified as a fully remote employee, and in-person onsite visits to the Denver headquarters will be required on average three times per year. •Complete second-level review of data entered by first-level reviewers to ensure a complete and accurate reflection of such rights and obligations in our proprietary database. •Confirm accurate recording of various standard deal points from each transaction, such as deal size, types of parties, type of transaction, purchase price adjustment process, types of indemnification obligations and related caps, and inclusion of certain covenants, representations, and warranties. •Answer deal-term and contract interpretation questions from internal parties and deal stakeholders. •Follow up as needed to obtain additional transaction documents to complete an accurate recording of deal points. Qualifications: •Licensed attorney with a strong academic record.
