Required Skills: •Manage the customer contract process to ensure accuracy and completeness of terms and pricing. This will include managing expiration dates and processing completed contracts in the ERP system. •Update and validate pricing in the ERP system to reflect approved contracts and governance rules. •Monitor tier compliance and contract performance, providing reports and insights to the Corporate Account team. •Support governance processes by preparing documentation for pricing council and assisting with audits. •Partner cross-functionally with Sales and Corporate Accounts teams to resolve contract discrepancies and ensure timely execution. •Identify opportunities to streamline contract operations and improve process efficiency. •Calculate rebate accruals and GPO administrative fee payments, and other operational checks as needed based on current rebate strategy. •Additional Essential Functions Of The Position Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field is preferred. •Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems and strong attention to detail for data accuracy. •Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. •Strong communication and collaboration skills. •Demonstrated capacity to regularly walk, sit, or stand as required •Demonstrated capacity to occasionally bend and push/pull •Demonstrated capacity to regularly lift up to 25 pounds, occasionally over 25 pounds •Demonstrated capacity to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check •AtriCure participates in the federal Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
