Required Skills: •Validates that documents provided by field locations to support compliance with state law and Company policies and procedures are accurate using Company based system. •Interprets and evaluates documentation to verify information on all new contracts and/or service and merchandise deliveries or cancellations is completed with accuracy and consistency. •Demonstrates quick response to document inquiries and directs locations with clear instructions on incomplete or missing documents. •Follows up on outstanding items to obtain resolution.
