This includes involvement in proposal development, administration, and close-out processes to ensure maximization of business results and adherence to corporate policy and government regulations. •Primary Duties Include But Are Not Limited To Draft and receive customer correspondence, ensuring coordination between external customers and internal customers. •Track contract actions, milestones, and reporting deadlines to support timely execution •Prepare, route, and track contract awards and modifications and other related documents •Review and analysis of Requests For Proposals (RFPs) •Review all types of government contract awards and prime contractor awards, including analyzing and evaluating terms and funding, reviewing for compliance with bid, negotiating provisions, and mitigating risk. •Serves as a liaison between internal customers, external government personnel and teaming partners •Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather, verify, and organize contract-related information Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field. •Strong knowledge of professional business administration processes. •Exposure to and knowledge of the legal implications of contract compliance. •Superior time management skills and proven ability to multitask •Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically MS Word, Excel. •Strong Organizational skills and follow-through, internally and externally, to provide a positive customer or stakeholder experience •Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills •Demonstrated capacity to work in a team environment •Self-directed with the ability to work with a sense of urgency to complete tasks and meet deadlines •Demonstrated capacity to handle confidential documents and information.
