Required Skills: •This role is responsible for helping ensure established contracting and compliance procedures, templates, approval requirements, and recordkeeping processes are consistently followed across the organization. This role plays an important part in supporting an efficient and well-organized contracting function as EOI Space continues to grow. •Actively facilitate and support preparation, review, routing, execution, and administration of contracts, subcontracts, NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, consulting agreements, vendor agreements, and customer agreements. •Prepare, route, and track non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) and other routine agreements using established templates, playbooks, and standard terms; identify deviations or non-standard provisions and escalate them to the Senior Contracts Manager as appropriate. •Maintain contract files, databases, trackers, and document repositories to ensure accurate, organized, and up-to-date records. •Track contract expiration dates, renewal and termination deadlines, notices, reporting requirements, payment milestones, and other contractual obligations and communicate upcoming requirements to appropriate stakeholders. •Coordinate contract review and approval workflows across legal, finance, engineering, procurement, and leadership teams. •Assist with compliance (company policy, customer requirements, and government regulations), audits, and data requests, and coordinate with the Senior Contract Manager. •Support export compliance administration and recordkeeping, including conducting and maintaining screening records, authorizations, training records, and other documentation associated with export compliance. Qualifications: •Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through. •Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously. •Demonstrated capacity to work effectively within established procedures and approval requirements, exercise sound judgment on routine matters, and recognize when an issue or exception requires escalation. •Strong written and verbal communication skills. •Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook. •Demonstrated capacity to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately. •Demonstrated capacity to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. •Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, Finance, Public Administration, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered. •Operational familiarity with ITAR, EAR, FAR, and DFARS regulations.
