Required Skills: •Interface directly with site leadership to identify systemic process constraints, developing project charters, estimating opportunities, establish overall improvement targets and support completion of projects that drive improvements to enhance quality, productivity, throughput, and cost performance. •Deliver measurable results including scrap reduction, yield improvement, OEE increases, cycle time reduction, and cost savings. •Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required •Analyze manufacturing processes to identify sources of variation and implement solutions that improve process stability and capability (Cp, Cpk, Ppk). •Develop and deploy statistical control strategies, including control charts, reaction plans, and capability monitoring. •Partner cross-functionally with engineering and operations teams to optimize equipment performance and process design. •Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent required if Black Belt not yet achieved •Proven ability to lead cross-functional improvement initiatives from project charter through control phase.
