Required Skills: •Lead daily engineering quality reviews to identify errors, trends, recurring issues, and opportunities for corrective action. •Drive accountability for engineering quality performance by partnering with engineering leaders and teams to resolve identified defects and quality concerns. •Lead Engineering Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) investigations, ensuring root cause analysis is completed and corrective actions are effectively implemented and sustained. •Facilitate and manage the lessons learned process, ensuring corrective actions are documented, implemented, and incorporated into standards, procedures, training, and tools. •Monitor, analyze, and report engineering quality metrics and KPIs, including defect trends, customer escapes, rework, overdue actions, and corrective action effectiveness. •Escalate aging corrective actions, recurring quality issues, and business risks to engineering leadership to ensure timely resolution. •Lead daily, weekly, and monthly Engineering Quality Review meetings, maintaining action logs and driving closure of commitments. •Support and coordinate monthly Engineering Quality Board reviews, providing leadership visibility into quality performance, trends, and improvement initiatives. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited institution. •Minimum Five (5) years of ETO order engineering, manufacturing engineering, OPEX, or quality engineering experience. •Eaton will not consider applicants for employment immigration sponsorship or support for this position.
