Is able to use data and gather information to organize kaizen to increase value. Develops, suggests, and implements changes and standards that promote safety, quality, and efficiency. •Evaluate internal processes and identify opportunities for improvements using time study, value added analysis, spaghetti diagrams, Yamazumi and other data collection techniques •Establish key performance indicators for functions being reviewed, evaluate current state and propose possible future state and objectives using data to communicate opportunities •Oversee and be involved with the implementation of changes. Track progress towards efficiency or quality goals.
