Hiring: Continuous Improvement Engineer (1151989) Company: The Judge Group Location: Starkville, MS Job Posted Time: 2026-09-15 11:53:08 Target Skills & Keywords : Change Management, R About the job Required Skills: •The Judge Group is seeking a Continuous Improvement Engineer for a manufacturing company located in the Starkville, MS area. •Lead process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, quality, efficiency, and production performance. •Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Maintenance, SHEQ, and R&D teams to support plant objectives and strategic initiatives. •Manage improvement and capital projects from concept through startup and implementation. •Conduct process evaluations, engineering studies, and pilot trials to identify operational enhancements. •Utilize process modeling and data analytics tools to evaluate system performance and support decision-making. •Develop project plans, scopes of work, operating procedures, and change management documentation. •Coordinate activities with contractors, vendors, and engineering partners on project execution. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Engineering required; Chemical Engineering strongly preferred. •Proven background leading process improvement or capital projects from planning through completion. •Knowledge of Process Safety Management (PSM), Process Hazard Analysis (PHA), and Management of Change (MOC) programs. •Operational familiarity with process simulation, industrial control systems, and statistical analysis tools. •Strong communication, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills. •Demonstrated commitment to safety, environmental stewardship, and continuous improvement principles. •Comprehensive benefits package including (but not limited to) health, dental, vision and 401k •This job and many more are available through The Judge Group.
