Required Skills: •Our client is seeking an experienced to join its Growth Marketing team. This hands-on role focuses on creating and optimizing organic content for both traditional search engines and emerging AI-powered search platforms. •The ideal candidate combines strong SEO and content marketing experience with excellent writing and editing skills. You'll use data, modern search strategies, and AI tools to increase organic visibility, improve AI search presence, and produce high-quality B2B content. •Execute SEO, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) strategies. •Conduct keyword, audience, competitor, and trend research using SEMrush and Google Search Console. •Create search-optimized articles, landing pages, and educational resources. •Use AI tools to accelerate research, content briefs, and content production while maintaining accuracy and brand voice. •Write and edit original B2B content for healthcare, security, safety, compliance, and crisis-management topics. •Audit, refresh, and optimize existing content to improve performance and protect search rankings. Qualifications: •2–3+ years of professional SEO and content marketing experience. •In-depth knowledge of SEO, AEO, GEO, search intent, semantic SEO, entity-based optimization, and topical authority. •Solid functional working knowledge of how LLMs retrieve, interpret, and surface information. •Excellent writing and editing skills with the ability to identify and correct generic AI language, inaccuracies, and unnecessary content. •Applied hands-on capability in HubSpot, SEMrush, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics 4 (GA4). •Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. •Demonstrated capacity to quickly learn new marketing technologies and adapt to changes in search. •Interest in enterprise technology, healthcare, and workplace safety.
