Hiring: Content Marketing Manager, Crypto Company: Alpaca Location: New York, NY Job Posted Time: 2026-09-15 13:17:00 Target Skills & Keywords : Content Strategy, DeFi, Fixed Income, Spark, Web3 About the job Experience: •5+ years of experience in content marketing, content strategy, editorial, or a related role, with meaningful time spent in crypto, Web3, or digital assets Required Skills: •Alpaca is a US-headquartered, global leader in agent-first brokerage infrastructure for stocks, ETFs, options, crypto, fixed income, 24/5 trading, and more. •Own content strategy for Alpaca's crypto and tokenization products across both B2B and B2C channels •Write and edit educational and product-driven content such as launch posts, explainers, blogs, newsletters, and thought leadership on tokenization and digital assets •Develop audience-specific messaging for distinct crypto buyer personas—issuers, market makers, exchanges, and institutional partners—and maintain a shared content playbook for approved language and positioning •Partner with the crypto product team to turn technical updates into clear, externally ready content, including briefs for upcoming GTMs •Translate internal product language into accurate, externally appropriate messaging, framing Alpaca's role in tokenization workflows •Partner cross-functionally with product, compliance, design, and marketing stakeholders to ensure content is accurate, on-brand, and ready to ship •Identify content opportunities based on product priorities, partner launches, and growth goals Qualifications: •Background creating content for market makers, crypto exchanges, or institutional crypto audiences •Operational familiarity with compliance constraints in regulated financial and crypto marketing content •Knowledge of on-chain asset mechanics, DeFi primitives, and cross-network asset movement •A collaborative mindset and the ability to partner closely with product leaders to translate technical concepts into externally ready stories •A passion for understanding our crypto users: what they're building, what workflows they care about, and how tokenization changes capital efficiency and market structure Compensation: •Monthly Stipend: USD $150 per month via a Brex Card Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
