You understand why a TikTok works, can recognize a trend before it's completely played out, and know the difference between content people actually want to watch and an ad pretending to be content. •Idea → Filming → Editing → Posting → Performance •Some days you'll film a stylist transformation. Other days you'll jump on a trend, interview an educator, engage with our community, or turn something happening around the office into a Reel. •You'll work alongside our photographers, videographers, designers, and marketing team while reporting directly to the Head of Marketing. •Create original short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts •Regularly appear on camera as a personality and representative of DreamCatchers •Take content from concept through filming, editing, publishing, and performance analysis •Write hooks, scripts, captions, and on-screen text Qualifications: •Beauty, haircare, fashion, or lifestyle brands •CapCut or Adobe editing tools •Building your own social following or creator presence •Beauty industry experience is a plus, but creative instinct and the ability to make great content matter more. •Send us your resume, but more importantly, show us what you've made. •Please include a portfolio or links to TikToks, Reels, Shorts, social accounts, campaigns, or other content you've personally created. •“We should make content out of this.” •We want to meet you.
