Required Skills: •Gathers background information on loan applicants and inputs into Meridian Link. •Assists members with the loan application process to ensure completeness of information. •Collect any required fees associated with the loan transaction. •Assists members and employees with questions regarding lending products and services. •Answers incoming phone calls about potential and current loans. •Actively cross sells ancillary loan products. •Actively manages cross-department referrals per CU guidelines. •Actively cross sells credit union products and services for cross-departmental referrals. Qualifications: •Minimum 1-2 years of similar or related financial services experience. •Minimum High School degree or equivalent. •Strong verbal and written communication skills. •Computer skills including Microsoft products. •Demonstrated capacity to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. •Excellent problem solving and analytical skills. •Demonstrated capacity to sit and stand; answer calls; operate computer; interact with internal employees and members on the phone; travel to designated offices; lift up to 20 lbs. •Weekly schedule includes Saturday hours.
