Maintaining clear and strong communication among all parties involved. •Partner with leaders, resource management and HR to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruiting strategies. •Source, screen, and assess top talent, with a focus on building diverse candidate pipelines. •Facilitate interviews and debrief sessions, ensuring alignment with hiring managers. •Lead the offer process, including negotiation and extension, in partnership with HR and leadership. •Maintain accurate applicant tracking system (ATS) records and ensure compliance with firm policies, diversity initiatives, and EEO guidelines. •Team with talent attraction operations to ensure appropriate communication with candidates occurs and all required documents are completed.
