Required Skills: •In This Role, You Will •Lead functional discovery workshops spanning maintenance execution, materials management, maintenance planning and optimization, and procurement. •Map current-state processes across SCEPTRE modules, identifying operational pain points, manual workarounds, shadow technology, and critical dependencies. •Assess operational impact, replacement risk and business-continuity requirements, and contribute functional insights to the SCEPTRE Dependency Index. •Evaluate practical artificial intelligence and machine learning opportunities in Technical Operations, including aircraft-on-ground prediction, demand forecasting, predictive maintenance scheduling, and automated task-card generation. •Act as the primary liaison between the client’s Technical Operations stakeholders and Cognizant’s technical team, reviewing solution blueprints and decoupling recommendations from an MRO operations perspective. •The working arrangements for this role are accurate as of the date of posting.
