Required Skills: •Partner cross-functionally with capability owners, product owners, business stakeholders, SMEs, and delivery teams to define scope, priorities, milestones, and delivery plans. •Build and maintain integrated project and release plans using tools such as MS Project, JIRA, and related planning tools. •Manage schedule dependencies, critical path, milestones, resource plans, and delivery risks across workstreams. •Track progress against roadmap commitments and provide clear updates to leadership, PMO, and governance forums. •Lead RAID management, issue resolution, decision tracking, and escalation management through closure. •Facilitate business requirements workshops, stakeholder interviews, and current-state/future-state process assessments. •Translate business needs into business requirements, functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps, and backlog items. •Interface directly with product owners and technical teams to maintain backlog health and ensure stories are refined 2–3 sprints ahead.
