Act as the primary liaison between the field and project leadership to ensure alignment, clarity, and accountability. •Manage and Lead scheduling interface processes with CF and Contract Project Management/Field Leadership to ensure project priorities are always optimized for efficient and effective execution. •Identify skilled personnel and resources that directly influence construction activities and deliver value across the entire project lifecycle. •Partner cross-functionally with Document/Project Controls and Safety to maintain detailed project records, including daily logs, change orders, incident reports, and close-out documentation. •Utilize provided project management software and digital collaboration tools to streamline workflows and enhance communication. •Partner cross-functionally with Engineers and assist in managing the change/revision and RFI processes throughout the project lifecycle. •Manage the processes of tracking expenditures, approving invoices, and implementing cost-control strategies to keep project financially on target. Qualifications: •Managing pipe welding activities with emphasis on Large Bore piping •Installation of vessel internals requiring adherence and collaboration with Technical Providers. •Installation of large Rotating Equipment requiring tight tolerance adherence and collaboration with Technical Providers. •Electrical Contractor Management •Strong Crane and Rigging Background •Building Construction •Civil Construction and Maintenance for roads, ditches, parking lots, and laydown yards •Greenfield Construction Site Movement and Logistics •High Output Burner Systems Installation •BS Construction Management or Verified Construction Experience.
