Required Skills: •Oversees the vertical construction process for 5-9 projects overseeing each stage of the process from permitting to home delivery (and first-year warranty if required). •Lead and oversee all aspects of construction schedules keeping updated and accurate. Ensures trade partners, material deliveries, and inspections meet all requirements and schedules to keep the process on track and on or ahead of timeline. •Ensures all contractors and partners meet TJH construction standards and jurisdictional requirements adhering to the expectations at every site throughout each stage. Of the build process. •Acts as the Company’s primary representative on the job site with third parties including employees, contractors, trade partners, buyers, and government inspectors and investigators. •Manages contractors and team members, including initiating and submitting changes approve completed tasks, withholding payments for unsatisfactory or incomplete work; inspects work and approves payment •Meet or exceed established cycle time goals per job to ensure on time and on budget performance. •May oversee Assistant Construction Managers activities; provides training and feedback to foster their growth and advancement. •Maintain a safe work site by implementing good housekeeping regulations and safety requirements, enforcing safe work habits and observing OSHA and any state-level agencies' regulations.
