Required Skills: •Assist in creating, communicating, and enforcing corporate safety policies and procedures. •Provide technical guidance and support to field teams and subcontractors to ensure compliance with safety regulations. •Coordinate and participate in subcontractor Pre-Construction Safety Planning Meetings. •Review subcontractor Site-Specific Safety Programs and Job Hazard Analyses prior to mobilization. •Conduct routine site evaluations, identify safety deficiencies, and recommend corrective actions. •Actively facilitate and support investigation of incidents using root cause analysis techniques and assist in developing preventive measures. •Monitor and review subcontractor safety training documentation to ensure compliance with project requirements. •Attend and review subcontractor Tool Box Talks to ensure safety awareness and proper documentation. Qualifications: •Graduated from university with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree. •A major in the fields of Construction, Safety, or Engineering is preferred. •Solid functional working knowledge of federal and state safety and health regulations. •In-depth knowledge of construction safety practices and technologies. •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with teams and stakeholders. •Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. •Demonstrated capacity to prioritize, multitask, and adapt to changing environments. •Strong organizational skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. •Highly enthusiastic and interested in semiconductor manufacturing facility construction. •Possess independent thinking, research, and operational abilities.
