Required Skills: •Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for entry-level through senior-level positions across engineering, construction, and corporate operations. •Consult directly with department managers and practice leads to define position requirements, draft job requisitions, and establish targeted talent sourcing strategies. •Utilize specialized tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, industry networks, applicant tracking systems, job boards) to build and maintain diverse candidate pipelines. •Conduct phone screens, structured interviews, and candidate evaluations to assess technical qualifications, salary expectations, and overall alignment with company culture. •Guide candidates and hiring panels through the interview loop, synthesize feedback, and lead debrief sessions. •Prepare, extend, and negotiate competitive job offers in alignment with corporate HR guidelines, overseeing seamless handoffs to the onboarding team. •Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) integrity, track key talent acquisition metrics (time-to-fill, candidate conversion), and ensure adherence to EEO/OFCCP guidelines. •Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with strong presentation ability.
