We're actively seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Construction Quality Control Manager (QCM) to join our growing team on the Big Island (Hilo). •The ideal candidate is committed to delivering high-quality work, maintaining compliance with contract requirements and ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule and within budget. We value a collaborative, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and contributes to continuous improvement across our operations. •Develop, implement, and manage the project Quality Control Plan. •Conduct daily quality control inspections and document project activities. •Coordinate and perform the Three Phases of Control (Preparatory, Initial, and Follow-Up Meetings). •Coordination, preparation and participation in close out documents. •Facilitate commissioning process with 3rd party commissioning agent. •Verifying all work complies with contract documents, specifications, drawings, and applicable codes. Qualifications: •Minimum of 5 years of construction quality control experience. •USACE EM 385-1-1 Safety Requirements (preferred) Three Phases of Control •RMS/QCS or other government quality management systems (preferred) •Building codes and construction standards •Demonstrated capacity to read and interpret plans, specifications, and contract documents. •Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills. •Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and construction management software. •Valid driver's license with reliable transportation. •Engineering degree •USACE Construction Quality Management (CQM-C) Certification Compensation: •Location Differential: Travel or extended work on other islands may include per diem or travel stipends Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
