Required Skills: •How You Will Make An Impact •Oversee and manage diverse construction projects from initial planning to final close-out. •Drive project estimating, budgeting, negotiate and buy subcontracts, schedule and resource allocation to optimize financial performance. •Track project expenses and proactively mitigate risks to maintain strict budgetary guidelines. •Devise and revise comprehensive project work plans to ensure schedules are met. •Coordinate effectively with clients, architects, subcontractors, and field laborers to streamline operations. •Monitor construction progress regularly and lead status meetings with all major stakeholders. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related building science. •Completed Construction Quality Management (CQM) for Contractors certification, or ability to obtain it within 15 days of hire.
