Required Skills: •Construction Project Manager •Hybrid position in Pecos NM •Lead and oversee large-scale, complex, and high visibility projects from initiation through completion, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget. •Serve as the strategic project lead, shaping project direction, alignment, and execution in collaboration with executive leadership. •Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, budgets, procurement strategies, and resource models for multiple concurrent projects. •Direct and mentor project teams, including internal staff, junior project managers, and external stakeholders, ensuring effective collaboration and high performance. •Coordinate and negotiate with senior-level internal stakeholders and third party vendors to allocate resources and optimize project outcomes. •Drive advanced change management, managing and approving modifications to scope, schedule, and budget using formal project controls.
