Required Skills: •Manage all MEP scopes on large commercial construction projects from preconstruction through close-out. •Coordinate with design consultants, subcontractors, and field teams to ensure seamless integration of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. •Oversee budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and cost tracking for MEP systems. •Lead value engineering efforts, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and commissioning activities. •Conduct regular coordination meetings to resolve design conflicts and maintain progress. •Ensure all MEP installations comply with code requirements, specifications, and quality standards. Qualifications: •Proven track record managing MEP scopes on •(e.g., high-rise, hospitals, data centers, campuses, etc.). •Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire protection systems. •Demonstrated capacity to read and interpret MEP drawings, specifications, and coordination models. •Proficiency with project management tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project. •Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. •Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field. •Operational familiarity with LEED, commissioning protocols, and energy-efficient system design.
