Required Skills: •Manage ground-up construction projects from preconstruction and design development through construction, closeout, and turnover. •Work directly with owners, architects, engineers, and internal teams to develop project scope, preliminary designs, budgets, schedules, and execution plans. •Lead subcontractor procurement, scope development, bid analysis, negotiations, buyout, and contract execution across all major trades. •Partner closely with the Superintendent to develop project schedules, site logistics plans, sequencing strategies, and subcontractor coordination plans. •Lead preconstruction and planning meetings with design teams, subcontractors, and vendors to identify constructability, sequencing, procurement, and manpower challenges before they impact the field. •Manage project financial performance including budgets, cost forecasting, change management, owner billing, subcontractor payments, and overall profitability. •Identify value-engineering opportunities and alternative construction approaches that improve cost, schedule, or constructability. •Coordinate procurement of long-lead materials, equipment, and specialty systems to maintain project schedules. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Building Science, or a related discipline.
