Required Skills: •Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, scopes, schedules, budgets, and deliverables in accordance with contractual requirements and client expectations. •Provide on-site leadership and oversight of construction activities, ensuring projects meet established schedule, cost, quality, safety, and security requirements. •Manage project schedules, including review of master and three-week look-ahead schedules, identifying delays, risks, and corrective actions. •Provide ICD-705 QA/QC and field guidance to general contractors and subcontractors and coordinate continuously with site security personnel on inspections, audits, and security requirements. •Interpret and implement applicable ICD-705, NISPOM, ICS 705-1/2, SAPF, and related physical and technical security requirements throughout construction. •Review architectural drawings, as-builts, schematics, submittals, and RFIs; assist in developing complex RFIs involving ICD-705 and construction security requirements. •Oversee project quality assurance, safety observations, inspections, and corrective actions while promoting a strong safety culture and compliance with PPE and OSHA requirements. •Manage project budgets, expenditures, change orders, risks, and financial reporting in coordination with management, finance, and accounting. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred. •Proven experience managing construction projects from planning through completion. •In-depth knowledge of construction methods, QA/QC, scheduling, safety, subcontractor management, and regulatory requirements. •Strong leadership, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. •Demonstrated capacity to work independently and professionally with clients, customers, GCs, subcontractors, security personnel, and executive leadership. •Proficiency with Procore and Microsoft Office; experience Bluebeam. •Demonstrated capacity to identify, communicate, and mitigate project risks and schedule impacts. •U.S. Citizenship required due to the classified/sensitive nature of the work. •Willingness and ability to travel as required. •Demonstrated capacity to work on active construction sites, including walking, standing, climbing ladders, working at elevated heights, and lifting/carrying up to 25 lbs.
